Privacy and contact information
Veristio publishes information about the company, products, and services. Paid services use secure checkout and protected customer or subscriber pages when the relevant service page says they are available.
The public Contact and Customer Help paths use ordinary email links. Clicking one asks your browser to open your email application; this site does not submit a public contact form or store the message on the Contact or Customer Help page.
If you choose to send an email, the message leaves this static site and is handled through your email service and the receiving mailbox. Do not include passwords, credentials, tokens, account numbers, payment data, broker details, or other sensitive records.
Visual Communications Engineer request-quote privacy posture
The VCE request-quote path uses ordinary email links and an authenticated downstream quote journey. The public page does not submit a web form, accept uploads, collect payment, start fulfillment, or store quote-request content in the page.
Quote requests should use text-brief details only. Do not send customer images, reference assets, credentials, tokens, payment-card details, account numbers, or other sensitive records through the public page.
Veristio retains material only as needed for fulfillment, support, legal, accounting, and security obligations, and honors deletion requests except for records that must be retained.
Public pages and protected service access
Public information pages do not ask for account credentials or payment-card details. When a service offers checkout, payment is handled through Stripe. After a confirmed purchase, supported customer and subscriber access is provided through protected service routes described on that service page.
Contact and Customer Help continue to use manual email. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, complete payment-card or bank details, brokerage credentials, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive records by email.
