Veristio Mechanical Design Intelligence

A $749 one-time purchase that establishes a non-expiring project workspace for focused mechanical design analysis and continuing refinement of the same product or system.

Overview

Choose Mechanical Design Intelligence when you have a specific part, assembly, mechanism, machine, or product concept and want focused analysis of manufacturability, materials, loads, dimensions, tolerances, fit, failure concerns, tradeoffs, and design decisions. The $749 payment establishes one persistent project. You may return later to revise requirements, dimensions, materials, constraints, assumptions, evidence, and objectives and continue refining or redesigning the same underlying product or system without buying that project again.

Who it is for

Product teams and builders who want mechanical design risks and manufacturability questions surfaced early.

Information needed for this service

The protected intake asks:

  • What specific part, assembly, mechanism, machine, or product establishes this project identity, and who owns it?
  • What connected design objective should the project support?
  • Which loads, dimensions, materials, tolerances, fit, environment, operating conditions, and manufacturing processes apply?
  • What drawings, models, photographs, measurements, test findings, prior versions, and failure concerns should be retained?
  • Which decisions require safety, licensed, laboratory, vendor, fabrication, or other outside review?
Accepted files
PDF, STEP, STP, IGES, DXF, DWG, PNG, JPG, TXT
File limits
You can attach up to 10 files to each retained project version, 25 MB each. Remove secrets, payment details, government identifiers, and anything you do not have permission to share.
Expected output
A persistent project workspace with retained design definitions and versions, manufacturability findings, material and load considerations, tradeoffs, risks, questions, decisions, messages, evidence, and private deliverables for the same product or system.
Scope boundary
The $749 payment establishes one project. Continuing refinement, troubleshooting, failure correction, prototype changes, and redesign remain included only while they follow the same product or system lineage and a reasonably connected objective. An unrelated product, machine, mechanism, independently purposed assembly, owner, or objective requires a new purchase. Ambiguous cases preserve the existing project during review. Outside and regulated services require separate disclosure and authorization.

How to use this service

  1. Read the complete scope and limitations on this page.Confirm that the service fits your problem, expected output, file types, boundaries, and professional-review needs.
  2. Prepare the requested information and source material.Use the intake questions and file requirements above as your checklist. Do not include unrelated confidential material.
  3. Use the price or quote action at the bottom of this page.Sign in or continue to secure checkout only after reviewing the full service description.
  4. Complete the protected account intake.Keep the order, files, messages, decisions, and delivery associated with the correct project and purchasing account.
  5. Watch My Account for required actions and progress.Respond to clarification requests there. Do not purchase a duplicate because an order or file is still being reviewed.
  6. Review the private deliverable.Check it against the stated scope. Use Customer Help for access or billing problems and the documented correction path for a factual or delivery issue.

How your persistent project works

Your purchase establishes one canonical project for the product or system and engineering objective you define. Its entitlement has no expiration date. My Account retains each definition, version, file, decision, message, and deliverable so you can continue the same project years later.

  • Changed requirements, dimensions, materials, components, tolerances, manufacturing methods, loads, operating conditions, assumptions, evidence, prototypes, failures, layouts, and design versions remain in the same project when they follow the same product or system lineage and a reasonably connected objective.
  • An unrelated product, machine, mechanism, independently purposed assembly, engineering objective, or owner requires a new purchase or quote.
  • If the boundary is unclear, the existing project and its history stay available while Veristio reviews the classification. The system does not automatically revoke access or demand payment.
  • Physical parts, fabrication, shipping, laboratory testing, outside vendors, licensed or regulated professional services, certification, stamps, seals, and other third-party costs require separate disclosure and authorization.

Delivery, progress, and questions

Define the underlying product or system in My Account before checkout. A successful $749 payment establishes its non-expiring project workspace and initial retained definition. Work starts after the project definition and required evidence are complete. Mechanical Design Intelligence versions, customer and operator messages, design decisions, evidence, and every released deliverable remain available in the project workspace in My Account.

  • My Account shows the persistent project identity, access state, retained versions, required actions, progress, messages, decisions, files, and delivery status.
  • Use the project message thread for work questions. Use Customer Help for account, billing, access, or delivery problems.
  • Add a retained project version for changed requirements or evidence and use the project thread for corrections. Unclear project-boundary questions go to review without automatic access loss or payment demand.

What happens after purchase

After you define the product or system and Stripe confirms the $749 payment, My Account establishes the non-expiring project workspace and its first retained definition. You can return later to add versions, files, decisions, messages, and refinements for the same project.

Billing and cancellation

This is a one-time $749 payment for one defined project, with no subscription or renewal. The project's access does not expire. An unrelated product, machine, mechanism, independently purposed assembly, owner, or objective requires a new purchase or quote. Review the Terms of Service before purchase.

Important limitations

The persistent project entitlement covers Veristio work within the defined service scope for that same project. It does not include physical parts, fabrication, shipping, laboratory testing, outside vendors, licensed Professional Engineer services, stamps or seals, regulatory or safety approvals, certification, patent or legal advice, or other regulated or third-party work unless separately disclosed, quoted, and authorized.

Which mechanical service should you choose?

Choose Mechanical Design Intelligence for focused design analysis of one product or system at a fixed $749 project price. Choose Mechanical Engineer when the work needs a broader, quote-defined engineering scope, deliverables, risk review, or implementation support. Both establish a persistent workspace for the specifically defined project.

  • Mechanical Design Intelligence focuses on manufacturability, materials, loads, dimensions, tolerances, fit, failure concerns, tradeoffs, and recommendations as the same design evolves.
  • Mechanical Engineer may cover broader requirements, calculations, structural, thermal, motion or load analysis, failure investigation, test planning, bounded design work, documentation, implementation planning, and handoff support defined in an accepted quote.
  • For either service, same-lineage refinements remain in the established project. An unrelated product, machine, mechanism, independently purposed assembly, objective, or owner requires a new purchase or quote.
  • Ambiguous boundaries preserve access and go to review; they do not automatically revoke the project or present a paywall.
